Then based on the queries and the discussion a Free Orientation Program me will be conducted
with you in order to draw a model for your coaching process
Together we can select a Life Coaching package that will suit the type of sessions and supportthat you will need.
Our typical coaching program involves working with you on phone, skype, email or in person for a series of twelve sessions of coaching. Each session lasts about an hour and is generallydone twice a month. Thus, the coaching engagement tends to last around six months.
It would begin by defining with crystal clear clarity the results that you are committed toachieving. You will then assess with absolute candour where you are right now—to define thegap between where you are and where you want to be. It will help identify the things that keepyou from achieving the results you desire—and then help you create a game plan that not onlyworks, but is enjoyable. It is not based on hope. It is not based on theory. It is modelled afterthose who have already achieved the real results you demand, at the highest and deepest levels.
In each session we will have a framework, we will prioritise what area we want to cover thatday, we will specify an end goal, and put together actions to meet the goal and a time frame forachieving those steps. From session two onwards we will revisit the achievements made sincethe last time, and we will refocus the current session dependant on the outcomes.
Towards the end of the sessions you can decide if you would like to renew in order to furtherpursue the current area you are working on or to make positive changes in another part of yourlife.
Although most of our Coaching sessions is via the phone, Skype or email, however we do offerface-to-face Group Coaching for people and open seminars & workshops as well.
